Hellcat Jr.

Solid Energy Group’s HellCats Jr. Equipment Package is a highly portable, fast and cost effective solution for solidification for drilling waste, horizontal directional drilling (HDD) cuttings and oil sands tailings. 

 

We provide superior bulk reduction, consistent and cost effective mixing and a small equipment footprint.

Both treatment processes require low dosing rates ranging from 0.5% to 2.0% by weight, which significantly reduces total waste, both in bulk and weight, by up to 25%. We can eliminate costly, inefficient mixing of sawdust and handling by vacuum trucks.

 

This solution is cost effective and efficient - allowing for consistently mixed waste using less dosage, conventional transport, and significant bulk and weight reduction.

Mixer Bucket Package

Solid Energy Group’s Mixer Bucket Package can handle projects of any size. This package is the solution – whether for an open sump, mix off pad, or in a four sided mixing bin.


Mixer buckets can be mounted on excavators and or wheel loaders, depending on the application, and can both mix and load out the treated waste.
